The Rey's Cleaners Story

For three generations, Rey’s Cleaners has held firm to those simple yet essential values of quality, care, and service. From the humble beginnings – with only eight employees in one store – Rey’s has grown to service Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, with over fifty employees, five pick-up and delivery routes, and three locations, Coral Gables, South Miami & Fisher Island. And just as Angel Suarez entered into the family business with his mother Raquel, so has a new generation of Suarezes – Angel’s wife and children all work together to ensure that Rey’s remains the leading high-end dry cleaner in South Florida for years to come.

Winner of the 2009 Top 100 Minority Awards for Innovation, Rey’s Cleaners boasts of a 32,000 sq ft production and office facility with state of the art equipment incorporating an automatic sorting conveyor system, radio frequency identification chip tagging (RFID) helping in the efficiency and tracking of all garments being cared for. Rey’s has also expanded the cleaning department to include environmentally friendly solvents such as Wetcleaning and Hydrocarbon machines using the most sophisticated German solutions for their wet cleaning and Drycleaning processes.

The Suarez family is proud to be the owners of one of the finest drycleaning salons in all of South Florida. Selected by Americas Best Cleaners for several years, winners of The Best of South Florida and “The Drycleaner for the Perfectionist” Awards.
